 I’m a lifelong learner, educator, and leader who believes growth happens when people are given the confidence and support to engage with change instead of avoid it.

Through my work in education, workforce development, and organizational leadership, I’ve spent years helping people navigate uncertainty, build meaningful connections, and move ideas into action.

Today, in addition to my leadership role, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to make generative AI and emerging change feel more approachable, practical, and useful in everyday life and work.

My focus is not on hype or technical complexity. It’s on helping people feel capable enough to start — with clear guidance, practical tools, and conversations that create lasting momentum.

 I believe people are far more capable than they think they are. My goal is to help people feel confident enough to start engaging with change instead of feeling intimidated by it. 

 Practical conversations, workshops, and strategies that help people and organizations move from uncertainty to confident action.
